Gina Gray

Gina is our new Head of Sales.

Q: What are some of your goals as Head of Sales for the next year?

A: Some of my goals are :

- Drive consistent revenue growth through new customer acquisition and the expansion of existing accounts.

- Build a solid, predictable sales pipeline with clear forecasting and qualified opportunities.

- Develop strategies to shorten the sales cycle, increase deal size and encourage customers to invest in multiple solutions.

On a more personal level:

- Be a calm, trusted leader during this period of growth and sales development.

- Bring authenticity, experience and warmth to how I engage with customers and colleagues.

- Continue developing myself while helping others grow—both professionally and personally.

Q: What's something people might be surprised to learn about you?

A: When I was at sixth-form college, I was planning on being a farmer. I visited Aberystwyth and Harper Adams agricultural colleges, but a change in circumstances meant I took a different path. I still love the countryside and am blessed to live in a small village surrounded by farmland in the South Downs National Park.

Q: If you weren’t in sales, what do you think you’d be doing?

A: If I wasn’t in sales, I’d be working as a life coach and counsellor. I genuinely love helping people grow and achieve their goals, both personally and professionally. Friends and colleagues often come to me for advice because I’m approachable, discreet, and trustworthy, with plenty of real-life experience — some wonderful, some challenging, all meaningful. I’d use everything I’ve learned to support others in finding clarity, building confidence and creating positive change in their lives.

Q: How do you keep yourself motivated during sales deals?

A: I'm driven by a blend of personal responsibility and genuine passion. I have a mortgage to pay, a dog who depends on me and a competitive hobby—horse riding, including show jumping and dressage—which requires real commitment, both financially and mentally. Coupled with my naturally competitive nature and a strong desire to succeed, these factors fuel my motivation!

Q: What’s a bucket-list item you’re hoping to check off soon?

A: Learn to paddleboard.
