Q: How do you keep yourself motivated during sales deals?
A: I’m a firm believer that work-life balance is the key to optimising decision-making. For me, taking the time to play paddle or tennis, or hitting the gym, gives me the space to reset and re-strategise. Often, that time away from the screen provides the fresh perspective I need to approach a deal from a different angle.
Q: What’s the most creative strategy or approach you've used to close a deal?
A: During the pandemic, when in-person meetings were restricted, we had to be creative and work around how we conducted product demonstrations. To bridge the gap, I simulated a remote control room that clients could log into from anywhere. This allowed them to interact with various cameras and controls for a live, real-time demo remotely.
Q: What’s a bucket-list item you’re hoping to check off soon?
A: I would love to finally tick an F1 Grand Prix off my bucket list. My dream trip would be traveling through Italy visiting the Colosseum and eating my weight in pizza—before heading to Monza to watch the F1.
