RazorSecure Achieves ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Certification

We are proud to announce that RazorSecure has achieved certification for ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental).

ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 are two key international standards that set the criteria for quality and environmental management systems. ISO 9001 standard establishes the ability to consistently provide quality services that meet customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, while the ISO 14001 is aimed at controlling our impact on the environment.

After an extensive implementation and audit process, achieving these certifications shows our continued commitment to offering a high-quality and consistent service to all our customers in the rail industry.

“We are delighted to have gained these certifications. They highlight the outstanding work our staff carry out in the day-to-day management of the organisation, and the continual improvement and innovation we seek in our quality, performance and management standards at RazorSecure.” Alex Cowan, CEO

“ISO 9001 is more than just certification – it is a mindset. RazorSecure is committed to quality and evolving improvements every day. Achieving certification is a great step in development for us as a company, we believe that by following the ISO standards we can ensure we are providing an exceptional level of quality to our customers every day." Nicki Hawkins, Office Manager

Environmental impact has become an increasingly important consideration for our customers in the rail industry. By achieving ISO 14001:2015 we are showing, as a company, that we are managing our company’s impact on the environment and improving our environmental performance along with the organisations we work with in rail.

RazorSecure’s certification lasts until 2023. With continuous effort from the RazorSecure team, as well as extensive audits, we will focus on maintaining the quality of our service and environmental standards throughout this period.
